Want to be a Skills Trainer?

If you want your work to create better lives for local people and their communities, then consider a role as a Jobs 22 Skills Trainer.

Skills Trainers are a link to learning and so spend time building relationships and liaising with local colleges and training providers. They have the maturity and empathy to provide feedback on performance, evaluate skills and deliver assessment results. This sensitivity must be matched by the organisational skills required to monitor and record agreed training plans that you manage.

As a Skills Trainer you’ll improve the opportunities of your customers by coaching, training and upskilling them to achieve their career goals. You’ll be as comfortable delivering basic skills training as you are sourcing and organising vocational qualifications from within the Jobs 22 team or via our service providers.
