About Us
A better way of supporting people back into work
Feeling happy and purposeful at work has the power to change people’s lives. Jobs 22 was formed to support people back to work, giving them access to all the tools, advice and guidance they need to thrive.
Our mission is to create lasting social and economic change by successfully getting people back to work.
What we do
We create employment opportunities by addressing the social, economic and wellness challenges faced by unemployed individuals in the UK. Supporting individual needs is at the heart of everything we do. We partner with local organisations and charities to create bespoke support systems that empower people with the skills they need to succeed at work, which has a huge positive impact on local employers, partners and the community beyond.
Our Story
Jobs 22 was founded by the charity Catch22, and the Angus Knight Group, an employability provider. Together we have vast experience of helping people access the support, resources and opportunities they need to lead more fulfilling lives and benefit their local communities through work.
Our team comprises supportive coaches, skills trainers, occupational health advisors, labour market analysts, and corporate support teams all focused on inspiring and motivating individuals to overcome any barriers they face getting back into meaningful and sustainable employment.
Our combined insight and experience mean we provide a considerate, effective and commercial approach that delivers real-world results and changes people’s futures.
Our Founding Principles
Founding Partners, Catch22 and Angus Knight are organisations with strong social values that deliver better outcomes for society. Catch22 has designed and delivered services that build resilience and aspiration in people and communities for over 200 years. The Angus Knight Group is a major provider of human services across Australia and a skills provider in the UK.
Jobs 22 represents a new breed of employability provider, one that brings together the depth and diversity of skills of its founders' inclusive spirit with a commercial approach that delivers results. With the support and experience of these established organisations, we are building a new approach to helping individuals who may have been out of work for a significant period to find employment.
A portion of our profits is reinvested with Catch22 to support their wide range of initiatives addressing social inequalities in communities across the UK.
