Wellbeing Lincs supports adults across Lincolnshire to live, fulfilled, confident and independent lives.
The core elements of Wellbeing Lincs Service are free, tailored package of support, advice and guidance. An assessment will determine if extra help is needed. Charge for aids, adaptions and telecare response may apply.
Wellbeing Lincs supports adults across Lincolnshire, to live fulfilled, confident and independent lives.
The service is open to anyone aged 18 or over who lives in Lincolnshire and or is registered with a GP in Lincolnshire and meets 4 out of 13 criteria, which would indicate a change in someone's circumstances, which is likely to negatively impact upon their health, wellbeing, and independence.

Wellbeing Lincs is a preventative service seeking to;
Enhance wellbeing -reducing or delaying escalation to statutory services
Improve access to support services for individuals
Provide direct support and signpost to community resources
The service is holistic in it’s approach and aims to help customers across eight outcome areas;
Physical health, Mental Health, Social Contact, Independence, Managing Money, Participation, Staying Safe and Substance Misuse.
