Hands Free Computing provides high quality Pre and Post-Employment support for individuals experiencing barriers into work either because of health condition or disability, mental health or are social disadvantage.

Hands Free Computing provide a wide range of services including products, training and programmes designed to support employees, employers and pre-employment individuals overcome work-related needs as a result of a disadvantage or disability. They are an established provider in the welfare to work industry through the DWP access to work programme as well as providing assessments and workplace solutions to private industry and third-party companies. They pride themselves on the quality of the service that they deliver and strive for continuous improvement and the high satisfaction of all their customers.

Statistics:

  • 96.66% of customers receiving coaching from HFC stated they improved their confidence to progress onto another role or enter a new role.
