North Northamptonshire Council (EADS)
EADS has delivered DWP contracts in the supported employment sector for almost 40 years. Recent contracts include Work Choice, Links to Work, SES (Specialist Employability Support), and most recently the Work and Health Programme. EADS’s strength is in its experience and local knowledge across the sector mixed with the passion of its team in delivering the best results for participants.
Two members of the team at EADs were individual recipients of the ‘British Association of Supported Employment Practitioner of the Year award. EADS will deliver the Restart Scheme on behalf of Jobs 22 in the Northampton and Wellingborough areas.
