Our Chairman said this 18 months ago when Jobs 22 was born. It’s true because we were founded by not-for-profit, social business Catch22 and Australian employability experts at the Angus Knight Group but it’s not just a philosophy. We live it every day in our ability to identify, evaluate and partner with many different kinds of organisations in order to deliver on our promise to find meaningful employment for everyone who wants it. Luckily it’s February, the month of love, so it seemed like the perfect time to celebrate some of our most innovative, trusted and successful service providers – one a day – to highlight the amazing work they do, the successes they continue to have and how their individual approach provides an innovative approach to common barriers to employment.
Variety is the spice of working life too so our specialist service providers come in all forms. We work with local authorities, tech start-ups, charities, government institutions and independent small to medium businesses, each with a local footprint and proven results. They all have a place in our Participant Support Catalogue and their services are easily accessed by our employment coaches when evaluating how best to tailor support to individual participants efficiently and respectfully.
