We are thrilled to share the fantastic news that our Customer Support Centre team has won the prestigious Behind-the-Scenes Award at the ERSA Employability Awards! We couldn't be prouder of their hard work and dedication to improving our service to job finders; they make a genuine difference for people, often at a vulnerable time in their lives.
Our Luton team unfortunately missed out on the Tailored Employment Support of the Year Award. It's an honour to be nominated, and we're immensely proud of their achievements. Both teams' recognition at the awards is a testament to their professionalism, expertise, and dedication. They consistently demonstrate empathy and understanding in their interactions with jobseekers, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
The ERSA Employability Awards ceremony was a truly memorable and inspirational evening, where we celebrated the incredible work happening in our sector.
