Jobs 22 joins Business in the Community.

Jobs 22 is delighted to announce that it has become a proud Business in the Community (BITC) member. Formed in 1982, with His Majesty King Charles III as their Royal Founding Patron, they are the largest and longest-established membership organisation dedicated to responsible business.

Jobs 22 shares BITC's vision to create a fairer, greener world and foster economic regeneration and social change. The team at Jobs 22 is looking forward to joining forces with the BITC membership, representing more than 20% of the UK workforce, to grow responsible business practices continually. BITC's Employment Framework encourages businesses to think strategically about their employment and skills offer; this includes initiatives to increase access to sustainable jobs and help overcome disadvantages.

Jobs 22 CEO Ayden Sims said: "We're delighted to join Business in the Community and be part of an organisation leading a movement to create a fair and sustainable world in which to live and work. Our commitment to economic regeneration and supporting people to achieve sustainable employment aligns perfectly with BITC's values. We look forward to collaborating with them and their network of business members to create a more equitable future."
