Hi I’m Ibrar Qureshi
And I’m an Employment Coach based at Jobs 22’s Luton Office.
Before joining Jobs 22 I worked in recruitment at a senior level, I was an insurance broker and a sales consultant.
I’m a big Liverpool FC supporter and I love cars! In my free time I am usually busy with my family.
Working for Jobs 22 allows me to use my skills and experience for the people who need them most. When I first meet people, I can see they just want that little bit of help and some confidence to really fly at work, and at Jobs 22 we’ve got all the support and resources they need to make it happen. When someone I’ve been working with gets a job, it’s a great feeling, and I’m always excited to see what they do next and the difference it makes to their future.
I was out of a job for a few months and was put onto the Restart Scheme through the DWP. My coach was Ibrar Qureshi and he was absolutely excellent at finding me work, always listened to what area of work I'd be interested in getting into and helped recognise certain skills I wasn't even aware I had myself. I'm now employed with NHS Test and Trace and without Jobs 22 I don't think I'd have found this job that I genuinely really enjoy, they were infinitely helpful in my search and I couldn't have even asked for a better work coach in Ibrar.
