Our talented Employment Coaches, Employer Services Consultants, Health Coaches and Skills Trainers work together to create meaningful opportunities for every person we work with. It’s an approach we really believe in because we know it works. You don’t have to do it all on your own. We’re here to help you change your life through work.
Customer Service Agents
Our Customer Service Agents are the friendly voice welcoming you to the Restart Scheme, they’ll be there to answer any questions you have, put you in contact with your Employment Coach and talk through any concerns. They don’t judge, they just listen and they want to make sure you have the best possible start to your journey back into work.
Employment Coaches
Your Employment Coach will help you build confidence and access the help and motivation you need on your journey back into work. We employ ECs from lots of different backgrounds, some have been teachers, others finance professionals and some have been sitting where you are now. What they all have in common is the energy and drive to make a difference for people and help them realise their potential.
Employer Services Consultants
Our Employer Services Consultants have their finger on the pulse of the job market. They can find jobs that help you build on your existing skills and match you with supportive, open-minded employers who are open to long-term progression, and they’ll work with your EC and the employer to help you put your best foot forward in that first interview.
Skills Trainers
Our Skills Trainers will help you open the door to new opportunities by coaching, training and upskilling you to achieve their career goals. Whether you need to brush up on your digital skills training or you want to pursue a vocational qualification, our skills trainers can start you on that journey through their knowledge and relationships with training providers.
Health Coaches
All our Health Coaches are qualified, experienced individuals with backgrounds in patient care and mental health support. They are supportive, empathetic and 100% committed to helping you with the health challenges you face, so you can access the services you need and enjoy a better quality of life, at work and beyond.
