Abu Shahriyer is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Growth at Jobs 22. Holding a varied portfolio Abu is accountable for driving performance amongst delivery partners and specialist intervention providers.

He also oversees all business development activity at Jobs 22 supporting the organisation to continue growing. He was previously Catch22’s Business Development Director, positioning the charity as a market leader across their full range of product areas and has a demonstrable track record in securing major public sector contracts.

He has built over 15 years experience of working with disadvantaged, underrepresented and vulnerable groups and designing & delivering large-scale research and evaluation projects.
