We’re not going to beat around the bush, being an Employment Coach is hard. You become a big part of your customer’s support network very quickly. Given the opportunity you’re a trainer, confidence builder, administrator and recruitment coach

Employer Services Consultants
If you have a good understanding what employers want from their employees and you can lead by example, then you could have what it takes to be a Jobs 22 Employer Services Consultant (ESC).

Skills Trainers
If you want your work to create better lives for local people and their communities, then consider a role as a Jobs 22 Skills Trainer. Skills Trainers are a conduit to learning and so spend time building relationships and liaising with local colleges and training providers.

Health Coaches
All our Health Coaches are accredited with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), it’s a stipulation of the role. Your role as a Jobs 22 Health Coach is to empower your clients to achieve their goals and maximise their independence.
