Aaron Henricksen, Chief Development Officer, Angus Knight Group.

Aaron works closely with the Jobs 22 board and the Angus Knight Group leadership team, supporting international growth as Chief Development Officer for the Group.

Aaron has extensive experience at managing director level in the human services sectors, with over 20 years’ experience in the skills and employability areas. He has led organisations in the public, private and not for profit sectors in the UK and Australia, and brings a unique set of skills to add value to businesses at any point of their life cycle.

Aaron has led green fields growth and has been successful in tendering, contract negotiations, implementations, delivery and completion for large national contracts both in the UK and Australia.

Aaron is a strategic thinker with strong entrepreneurial skills and a clear focus on outcomes. He has a comprehensive understanding of UK and international markets and has developed and implemented strategic plans to broaden and grow organisations faced with changing market conditions.

Aaron has a master’s degree in international relations and enjoys a day at the races.
